ALL WELCOME: **A Blend of Sitting and Standing, Gentle Follow-along Movements promoting Balance, Strength and Relaxation** **Balance, Stability and Coordination**: Movements involve weight shifting and controlled transitions, enhancing balance, stability and coordination. **Muscle Strength**: Engaging muscle groups, promoting strength and endurance over time. **Increased Flexibility**: The gentle stretching and flowing movements can contribute to improved flexibility and joint mobility. **Posture and Alignment**: Proper body alignment and posture are crucial with movements being initiated from the body's Kwa (core). **Cardiovascular Health**: Shown to have positive effects on cardiovascular health, improving circulation and regulating blood pressure. **Enhanced Immune System**: Regular practice may boost the immune system, potentially improving overall health. **Mind-Body Connection**: A strong emphasis on the mind-body connection promoting the flow of Chi (life’s energy).
